About Bring Forth
Bring Forth is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) record label and transformation-focused songwriting studio dedicated to cultivating and amplifying heart-centered creativity as a pathway to healing, emotional well-being, and cultural renewal.
Through Bring Forth Music (our record label) and Bring Forth Studio (our songwriting and creative coaching branch), we help people bring authentic, healing songs and creative expressions to life - supporting artists and communities in creating work that fosters connection, wisdom, and transformation.
About the Position
We are looking for a creative and community minded Social Media Specialist to help share the heartbeat of Bring Forth with the world. This is a small stipend position requiring only a few hours per week, roughly eight to twelve hours per month. The focus is to expand our social presence in a steady, intentional way while supporting artist releases and mission aligned events. This person will carry our vision through the content they create and share, helping Bring Forth stay connected with the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow Bring Forth’s social media platforms by creating and scheduling a consistent flow of mission-aligned posts, reels, and stories each month
Support the promotion of artist releases, community events, and creative projects using social media
Track basic metrics and share simple monthly insights and recommendations
Help write and distribute press releases; conduct outreach to traditional and independent media outlets
Brainstorm and implement creative strategies to grow awareness of Bring Forth’s work
Engage our social following to engage with our offerings
Monthly Deliverables in This Season
Because Bring Forth is in an early growth phase, this role begins with a simple, steady rhythm of creative output. Deliverables may evolve as we grow, but for this season we are looking for someone who can offer:
Four to six feed posts each month across Instagram and Facebook
Two to four simple reels each month using existing or provided footage, quotes, or audio
Light weekly presence in Stories, sharing mission aligned content and amplifying artist or partner posts
Basic engagement support, such as responding to comments and DMs twice per week
A brief weekly check in with insights on what performed well and ideas to try next month
What We’re Looking For
Passionate and driven, heart-centered master of their craft
Strong writer, content creator and communicator
Expert with proven success in social presence and engagement
Self driven, curious to learn and adapt skills to the needs of this organization
Creative thinker who enjoys storytelling and connection
Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, evolving environment
Availability for about eight to twelve hours per month, including a brief once weekly check in with an organization leader during daytime hours.
Qualifications
Experienced in content creation with Canva or like tool
Proven track record of posting and engaging through a steady flow of Instagram and Meta Reels, stories, and posts.
Experience working for a small business or nonprofit preferred
Experience in promoting music or the arts preferred
Location
Remote or Pacific Northwest–based preferred (Leavenworth/Seattle area ideal but not required)
